Continua la marcia dei lanci di BlackBerry BOLD in europa, il tutto mentre in USA il lancio viene procrastinato per motivi che sfuggono un po a tutti.

I nuovi paesi europei al centro della scena in questo momento sono la Spagna, con l'operatore Telefonica e la Serbia, dove l'operatore VIP insieme a BOLD introduce anche BlackBerry PEARL 8110.

Belgrade, Serbia and Waterloo, ON., Canada - Vip mobile, a member of mobilkom austria group, and Research In Motion (RIM) (Nasdaq: RIMM; TSX: RIM) today introduced the new BlackBerry® Bold™ and BlackBerry® Pearl™ 8110 smartphones for the Serbian market. Both smartphones will be available in selected Vip centers across the country beginning today. Vip was the first to introduce BlackBerry® service in Serbia in December 2007. These two new BlackBerry® smartphones complement the BlackBerry® Pearl™8100, BlackBerry® Curve™ 8310 and BlackBerry® 8800 smartphones as part of the Vodafone Office product portfolio available from Vip.

The new top of the line BlackBerry® smartphone is crafted from premium materials and comes in a luxurious black exterior with satin chrome finished frame and leatherette back plate. It includes integrated GPS that supports a wide range of location-based applications and services, including BlackBerry® Maps, as well as enterprise-grade Wi-Fi®. It is the first BlackBerry smartphone to support tri-band HSDPA high-speed networks around the world and is an ideal choice for business professionals and power users.
