BlackBerry BOLD arriva in Giappone con DoCoMo

Dopo aver incontrato li stand DoCoMo al MWC2009 la settimana scorsa e non aver visto niente in ambito BlackBerry, con un comunicato stampa congiunto tra RIM ed il colosso delle telecomunicazioni nipponico, viene annunciato il lancio giapponese di BlackBerry 9000 BOLD.

AGGIORNAMENTO: 27/02/2009: L’operatore telefonico giapponese Ntt DoCoMo ha fatto sapere di avere sospeso le vendite dello smartphone BlackBerry Bold sul territorio nazionale dopo che 30 clienti hanno notato un surriscaldamento della tastiera del telefono durante la fase di ricarica delle batterie.

In una comunicato la compagnia giapponese ha aggiunto che al momento non ci sono notizie di incendi causati dal surriscaldamento. Al momento sono circa 4.000 gli esemplari di BlackBerry Bold venduti da quando e’ comparso sul mercato giapponese.
